Day of random faults that fix themselves

Still using the esprit as the daily chug as the prius is being used by the better half after the bike crash (get the bike back tuesday next week) windscreen washer stopped working right out side the front gates this morning, at lunch time the remote fob didn't unlock the drivers door but the washers worked, and on the way home the passenger headlight blew at least the fob unlocked the door......... maybe tomorrow the headlight might work again......

Sounds like you need to check all your wiring connections for corrosion or lose fit. I think your car is trying to tell you something and next time it could be the ignition that doesn't work.
