Help ! stuck again

What hols the air con nobbs on?, I figured out the top 2, they have caps, there off, but the bottom 2 I expected to find grub screws, flay head or allen key, but I can see niether, how do you get them off? While we are about it the next stage is the dash, any problems there, I don't intend removing the instument panel, but.

I don't know which Esprit you have, but on my 88MY, the two large knobs have small holes in them. Insert a tiny screwdriver and you'll find a spring loaded pin which is part of the hex shaft. Press it in and the knob will pull off (unless it's been glued on by a PO, which is not unknown)
