Ahahahahahahahahaha....

Um yeah, near impossible unless you find a wrecked Opel Omega or Vauxhaul Carlton.... The Sport 300, X180-R and those two cars all use the same brakes.

The Lotus sale did have the Sport 300 parking calipers for over

You try the Lotus Opel Omega or Vauhaul Carlton guys? Honest, they use the same brakes, and there are more of them than Sport 300 or X180-R.

Oh you might also try Kevin McGovern in Maryland USA, he has the race cars, and recently bought some spare X180-R parts from Dan Crow, which I'm told includes brakes calipers.

Used lotus carlton Brake calliper in stock now

http://www.breakeryard.com/cars/model/lotu...20calliper.aspx

Front rotor is different, caliper is the same.

http://www.lotuscarlton.co.uk/caliper2.htm

actually it looks like the Carlton uses a different rear rotor with integral parking brake shoe. That is different than the Sport 300 and X180-R with the seperate Brembo caliper for parking. Rear caliper is different too.

Hi,

When i get back home i will send you details of replacement AP alloy pistons and seals, Lotus cut corners with these calipers and opted for steel pistons. All of mine corroded and leaked when i changed the pads.

Have you come up with a plan for the discs as these calipers eat discs, my car has done 30k and discs are on lower limit.
