Over the past three weeks, I have left various phone messages and dropped a couple emails to the warranty mailbox and am yet to get a single response. I'm just trying to track down some history on the car and find out about a C service. Has anybody got a better way of getting a real live human on the phone? I must say I am truly dissapointed with Lotus customer service at this point...

Upgrade today to remove Google ads and support TLF.

Before the Elise they would do a history and VIN check right away.

Not anymore as they are a small place and do not provide such services anymore.

They have also closed out and liquidated much of the parts inventroy on the older cars.

You can try Brian Skeogh from Atlanta on Lotus Buzz or Turbo list but I'm not sure that will help much with your issues.

To be fair Russ, the info you want will be held at HQ in Hethel, Lotus USA will have channels to follow to get this info and I can no doubt get it for you quicker and easier as I'm local and have contacts, not procedures to chase through.
