Upgrade today to remove Google ads and support TLF.

It varies a bit model to model, here are a few pulled from various sources:

Esprit S2: 0.335

Esprit S3: 0.35

Early S-body: 0.35

Turbo SE: 0.33

Esprit V8: 0.33

Yes. That's partly due to the way it's measured and partly due to the shape of the car. In particular, the wide tyres and shape of the rear of the car lead to a higher figure.

Quite. When the Calibra was launched in the 90s as the most aerodynamic production car (at 0.26 or 0.28 can't remember) it was with 195 section 14" tyres, stepping up to 205 15" sent the drag up to 0.32 or 0.34.

So the actual basic shape of the Esprit must be pretty darn good to maintain 0.32ish on extra wide rubber.
