Parts Sale leftovers

Ok, so is there going to be an updated list of parts that didnt sell at the parts sale? Im still waiting to possibly get my hands on that non-glassback tailgate if no one bought it!

I spent a while with Gooner and they were very very busy. However I know there are lots of parts left and like Bibs says, one of the idea's is that they will have an LEF/LEC only sale specially for us.

I know, in the past, they have arranged shipping to a local dealer in the States for US buyers. I think they didn't increase costs as they sent it all over with current parts deliveries, just paid the dealer a small handling fee. I'm sure Neil would look at that again for you.

First things first.

A big THANK YOU to Gooner and everybody else who worked wonders to administer and pick the (what appeared to be a) vast quantity of parts in a short space of time.

Those of us that went to Avonmouth (Bristol) for the first sale (LEF only day) know how long the day was, and how funny (NOT) it must have been when the powered trucks ran out of charge. Nobody (including us) could have predicted how over subscribed that would be. This time, there seemed to be a small army of people, and the ticket idea was great.

I would ask one small change if possible.

Create a pdf form rather than a pdf document.

What I mean is, provide boxes that can be typed in, then printed out, that would make it easier to complete and I'm sure people processing them (picking, invoicing etc) would appreciate typed sheets over handwritten ones.

Gooner- if you're reading, if I haven't explained myself, please ask me to try again. happy to help on that front.

They had turbo esprit fog lamps on the list, as long as yellow lenses (french spec) is OK for you. The part number was A082M6465F and the price

Hi all

all thats left will stay on the web for you to order with delivery via nearest dealer. As Bibs/Kimbers have said too we shall have some time too for you Esprit people and the Elan/Excel clubs too to come in for another sale event.

Prob be in the new year on a saturday/sunday and the tues/weds as well. It will also remain on the WWW too so those who cannot make it in person have the chance as well.

In the mean time if you go to www.lotus60thanniversary.com the list is as it was b4 the sale but there is loads left and I need to update it. However feel free to email my mate here [email protected] with anything you want from the list and he will confirm whats what. hopefully this'll save some time waiting for the update.

Finally sunday was really busy shame me and the ASO gang never got out to see the show but from 7am to 8pm it just flew by, luckily some nice man brought in cream cakes for us to nosh and keep us going!

I also think you may of missed the new 60th merchandise range as well, so we've sent the brochure pdf to Kimbers and Bibs so you'll see that soon as well.

Thats enough from me now i can hear the snoring from here!
