Giniw
Nothing new at all obviously, but I just made a few laps with both the Elan and the Esprit https://archive.org/details/msdos_Lotus_-_The_Ultimate_Challenge_1993

It’s too hot and actually restricts what you can actually do more than if it were peeing with rain. Gold FFM Sparky Posted August 28, 2019 Gold FFM Report Share Posted August 28, 2019 I was at Stocks yesterday, fitting an engine to a TE in a metal-roofed workshop that baked me from around 1300. Popular Post 100th_Idiot
Ok it was yesterday but a friend was given two VIP invites courtesy of Aston Martin Pro Racing to WEC round one at Silverstone. Full hospitality, free access to Aston garage even during the race, grid walk etc. Fabulous day. 3

RoflOnMyWaffle
Got a 3d printer for my birthday and spent the last 3 days setting it up and playing. Tried something crazy like this flexi octopus. Took 13 hours to print, but I'm happy with the result. Is it perfect? No, it has a few blemishes and printer settings need some tweaking, but for a hobbyist I love it WhatsApp Video 2019-09-03 at 10.59.34.mp4

RoflOnMyWaffle
Those who know Pokemon might appreciate this. Realistic Bulbasaur. Slowly dialing in settings, have now got a few niggles worked out so should still improve, but for hobbyists its great, and cheap!

Gold FFM Popular Post Chris Onelevenr Posted September 8, 2019 Gold FFM Popular Post Report Share Posted September 8, 2019 First time I have taken a picture my two Lotus together (Esprit GT3 and Exige 410). Happy because collected the Esprit from @Sparky yesterday after he had fitted @Chillidoggy replacement kit for the Delco Moraine ABS garbage. Can actually feel what the brakes are doing now. And, took the Exige for a short run this morning having not driven it for a couple of weeks. By God it's a fast car. Love it even more than my old Elise 111R.
Gold FFM Barrykearley Posted September 15, 2019 Gold FFM Report Share Posted September 15, 2019 On way home tonight I missed a head on by seconds. Young lad was out with a busted ankle - had to force open the door on the other car as she couldn’t open it and drag her out as she couldn’t move her legs - the car went up in flames almost instantly. All very scary indeed - the Lotus was too close - I didn’t realise that it was a head on crash as you just couldn’t make it out in the dark. Everyone survived with pretty minor injuries. 30 seconds earlier and it would have been me and Danny 1 Quote Only here once

Gold FFM Barrykearley Posted September 16, 2019 Gold FFM Report Share Posted September 16, 2019 The 17year old lad, same age as my daughter, was in a bit of a mess. He will be fine hopefully - I got home hours late, covered in blood and lacking a coat. Fingers crossed everyone is ok today - but it shook me up a bit. Apparently he’s already written off one car 😲 1 Quote Only here once
