What made you happy today?

And to add the the above, have just been told I'm being Furloughed. Not sure if this should go in the happy or unhappy section. Means both cars will be used for shopping runs now.

I started a new job last Monday (23rd), got a call on Monday night an hour or so after Boris had been on TV, telling me not to go in on Tuesday but don’t worry & await further Instructions. On Wednesday I was furloughed & on Friday I discovered I don’t qualify for being furloughed as I wasn’t on the companies payroll at the end of February...

After 5 years of hard work and graft my Downton mini fired to life this morning and sounded absolutely amazing, everything has been rebuilt so big smiles. Just lots of loose ends to finish off no

I ordered a new Lotus, having cancelled the Porsche. That makes me happy

My Dad came through his open-heart surgery successfully.

Very likely that I'll be furloughed this week - started the job 25th Feb - phew!

Ah, Tom Walkinshaw who in essence created Jaguar Sport in the 80's. Incredible chap, I wish I could find a biography on him.

Alcohol. Sex. Tobacco. Drugs. Chocolate.  Meh! NOTHING in this world is as addictive as an Evora +0. It's not for babies!

The first guy to ride a bull for fun, was a true hero. The second man to follow him was truly nuts!

I'm a vegetarian. 😉 (most of the time anyway)

And there wasn't enough meat on them to fire up the barbie. 🙂

I have made many mistakes in my life. Buying a multiple Lotus is not one of them.

Luckily not, motorways are normally 120km/h (75mph), but on a lot of sections there are restrictions to 100km/h (62mph) or 90km/h (56mph). Which is OK-ish in traffic, but totally ridiculous if you have 2 or 3 lanes all to yourself.

I have made many mistakes in my life. Buying a multiple Lotus is not one of them.

This morning I managed to move a cruise booking from July this year to next year. I'd mentally written off the deposit of that one as likely after restrictions lifted, but really didn't fancy it as being a good idea.

Full of cockwombles, yes.  I chose to sit in the garden and get drunk today; it's less stressful than exercising in the park!

If you keep exercising like that you’ll start to look like a hermit crab.

Looks like the chillies survived their upgrade, and are now chowing down on a new batch of Tomorite compost. With luck, that should see them right for a few weeks. I was surprised how soon they outgrew their previous accommodations.
