Kimbers
My wife has recently dug into her creative side and has created some great and varied works and I know Kylie in NZ and Rob in Canada are both artists. We're all familiar with Robs work. As someone who has no artistic bone in his body I was interested in seeing how paintings are created, and have watched my wife for hours whilst she paints. See this link to see how an artist creates his pictures on a computer. Its a speeded up video of one such artist drawing an awesome dragon. Watching it take shape as he does layer upon layer is just amazing. Here's a few of Wendys, the 2 space pictures were inspired by pictures from the Hubble telescope, the other 2 were created by her and aren't based on any pictures. Sorry about the photo quality, they are framed behind glass and I'm rubbish at taking photo's. Are you artistic and do you draw, paint, sculpt?. If so here is the place to show it! esprit350
Im liking the spacey ones mr K, however someone said you were an artist in your own right, im sure they said that Quote The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. Vulcan Grey
Here's one I did ~8 years ago. It started with a pencil sketch from a MotorTrend photo. And then redrawn in the PC in ~85 layers in Corel Painter. Never did finish it, the tires are still pencil... USAndretti42
I don't have an artistic bone in my body but I did used to enjoy watching "The Joy of Painting" with the late Bob Ross. It was so clever and he made it look so easy. kyliesmith.com
Hi Tony, Wendy is clearly talented and ive since spoken to her on FB. Her work is awesome I am not sure if I posted this or not. But it does have a feel good back ground story. Basically a close friend of mine imported a S1 Exige over a year ago now that he was lusting after for some time, well so was I actually and hoping he would get it. After paying top market rate for this car and all the boxes were ticked thinking it was a good one, a few months later he Quote No.
Iconic Ride
Kylie, I've been on this forum darn near a year now, and I had no idea that you possessed such talents. Those are amazing pieces. At once artistic and of photographic quality in detail. More, please! Quote Being second is to be the first of the ones who lose.

Atle
Great work Kylie, cars are not easy to paint and airbrushing takes ages to learn. I like ships and architecture, here some examples. I have not painted for ages....and these faximiles are taken by first generation digital cameras years ago - do not give full justice. First painting was awarded the jury prize at an art exhibition a few years back. I am no good at all painting people....
