Sorry to hear about your Dad, Dave. I hope that the last time that you saw him was memorable. I expect to get that call myself in the not too distant future, but can only imagine your loss until I do. Try to remember the good times, and be thankful for them.

Sorry to hear that Dave! Hopefully you had many good years to learn everything you could from him.

My dad died 6years ago when I was 27 (he was 65). And he was about the same age when his dad died (in the early 1960's, born 1895). We were really close, and I saw him every week. I definitely feel like I missed the opportunity to learn how to be an adult from him, and I missed out on getting to share these times with him.

Very sorry to hear that, Dave. My Dad has been in the hospital for the past 2 days, and it certainly brings home the fact that the parents won't be around forever. My sincere codolences.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my grandmother the same day I got my Esprit. Not even close to the same thing I know, but loosing someone makes even the most special moments sour and sad.

My thoughts are with you and your family.

Bad News Dave.

Lost My father when I was 22............14 years on now and still miss him.

I try and make him proud with everything I do in life. A lot of people will tell you it will get better, it won't, you'll just come to terms with it!!

All my condolences, the time is never right for a loved one to leave us. But they do live on in our hearts and thoughts.
