Hello!

New to Site. I purchased a 1985 Lotus Espirit Turbo today, so really excited, picking it up on Friday.

Any advice or opinions would be welcome.

I look forward to following this forum.

I also own a Lotus Elise so it will be interesting to compare the old with the new.[acronym=

Welcome to the forum Paul...

What part of Canada are you from?

I came over from Victoria, BC 10 months ago. I bought my Esprit over here and I am having a great time driving her and meeting allot of wonderful people from this forum.

Cheers, Mate

Felix

Welcome Paul, enjoy the laughs and advice...... Oh yeah, enjoy the car too!

Heaven is where the police are British, the chefs Italian, the mechanics German, the lovers French and it is all organized by the Swiss. Hell is where the police are German, the chefs British, the mechanics French, the lovers Swiss and it is all organized by the Italians.

You think professional is expensive, just wait until you pay for amateur.

Congratulations on the purchase, the two cars should be a good pairing, the Elise (and Elise derived cars) are much more nimble and are far fro slow but the TE will be more suitable for longer journeys.

BTW, good to see somebody with tatse, another G body car.
