I see a lot of Evora influence in the rear end of it.

True mate, but...

You can see a lot of Evora influence in the rear end of this:

And that came first. Truth is, we are in the age of the 'generic supercar

shape', everyone is doing it. So much in the way of styling is taken from

past classics or current rivals.

Try drawing a car that looks like nothing else, it's impossible!

Also like it. That looks like a sharper design from the Ferrari stable. A few over the last decade have looked particulary bland.

Yep, looks like a rounded of Enzo to me, Have to say dont like some of the modern cars that Ferrari now produce, not that I would turn any down if offered! However really like the look of this one it lokks like they are hopefully getting back to there routes and designing some nice looking cars again. I know they are looking at reducing the weight in all new cars by a lot, Would only turn this car down for an F40!

as far as i am concerned ,ferrari only made one car worth owning,250gto -all the rest look to ite overworked and hard to drive .

i would only consider a maserati from that camp otherwise a perfectly good tractor will do.

With a 0 to 60 time of under 3.5 seconds who cares what it looks like! Gonna need 800-speed film even for the stillshots.

As much as I hate to admit it, for a donkey it don't look half bad. And I could use a daily driver to keep the miles down on my Esprit. B)

Now just where did I put that lottery ticket?

Back to looking more super car and curvy, I like it. Agree with Paul,

there is one standard mold which the design comes out of then they

get either the styling scalpel or ugly stick treament or both and hey presto

you have a new or newish er ....I mean it looks like that one that lotus did ,

no aston, er .......no audi oh who was it . Doh.

All looky similar these days, its the only way to pay the bills is to be part of the crowd.

Even having the money I probably wouldn't have purchase a 360 or a 430, I would buy this one though.

IMHO while it's certainly not the best looking Ferrari ever, it looks a whole lot better than any of the mockup new esprits I have seen so far; I won't compare it with the Evora because it is simply a different type of car.

I think it's the first beautiful Ferrari in a couple of decades.

The design has several influences -- a little of carryover from the F430, nearly identical silhouette to the one-off P4/5, a bit of Enzo styling, and cues from both the 246 and 308. I think that, as far as modern designs go, it's outstanding, an instant classic. :)

I like the front except for the gayish LED light treatment, IMO they should have followed the eyebrow more. It amazes me how fast/exotic cars do not have enough lighting.

The side and especially the rear are really growing on me.

I'm not so sure there's huge difference between this and the F430 though, especially when you look at the two side profiles. I think the evolution of their entry cars since the 348 has been smooth and logical.

Look. with all this slagging off of the car, if no one wants one and there is one going spare, I am more than happy to step in and do the decent thing by taking off everyones hands. I know I am going the extra mile for everyone here but heh, I'm just that kind of guy.

Despite the damage it will do to my credibility I am happy to make the sacrifice on the forums behalf.
