I have looked on the phone and the link, it looks good. Question does it connect to the cable I already have ie lap top to car output connector - see I am useless with this elestictrickery stuff. If the answer is yes I wil down load the softwher and have a go.

Answer please (bibs you may know this).

Dave - This is in the V8 technical area as it's only relevant to V8's and other cars with OBD-II, a protocol the 4 cylinder car doesn't use.

I was looking into this also but the iPhone app was DashCommand.

There is a cool littile WiFi adapter that hooks to your OBDII and then

syncs with your iPhone. Aside from being able to check and reset

codes, what interested me is that it seems that you might be able to

add a boost gauge either directly on your phone if you have a mount,

or it seems that this company has add on wifi gauges

link is www.plxkiwi.com If someone with better knowledge of the V8s ECU

could look at this and see if this might work to get a boost read in a very non-invasive

manner.

thanks

Mike

The OBDII obviously wouldn't work with the older 4cyl Esprits, but the sensors and gauges will.
