I am thinking about repainting the chargecooler and cam covers, is there a recomended paint for such a job?

Just done mine and I used Halfords metallic red very high temperature spray paint. Seems ok but it is early days and there may be a better product.

I'm trying Duplicolor high heat ceramic primer with their graphite grey wheel paint, followed by a clear coat.

and you can recreate the crackle wrinkle finish
