Cambelt the easy way - Big thanks to Watford Exotics

The easy way being stand and drink coffee whilst Gary and Chris change it! Spent a few hours in Watford this morning and had my cambelt changed, would recommend Watford exotics to anyone who likes the idea of working on their car but does not have the confidence as they let you join in and pick tips up whilst at it, or you can just let them get on with it. Was actually good fun and would probably have taken me all weekend to do it solo.

Just curious how much it costs for the cambelt change and how much you pay for quality labour per hour.

Just picked up my Esprit SE from Watford Exotics and took the long route home... what a transformation ! Gear change is miles better, clutch disengages when hot, no nasty fuel smells and it just seems faster.. and all for a very reasonable price...

Will definitely be back - well it is a Lotus after all.....

It's an SE Esprit, many of them do three things really well, go fast, handle well and break down.

Now if it was a carbed tubo, it would have a 4th, spew petrol onto electrics in an attempt to catch fire.
