Auction and Raffle

Recommended Posts

I'll shortly be posting up details of some of the items available for auction so that anyone not able to attend the event but still wants to purchase an item can pm me their bid and I will bid on their behalf up to that amount (in the unlikely event that two people pm me the same amount for the same item it will be FCFS).

Before we finalise the list are there any more donations from forum members or their companies for prizes that can be auctioned or raffled to raise funds for the Make-A-Wish foundation? Please pm me ASAP if so, thanks.

Anyone? Bring a bottle if you can for the raffle, bring an old Lotus 'something or other'. It's all to raise money for a very good cause, c'mon!

Yes, come on guys!!

OK I am giving a bottle of whiskey for the raffle and a brand new pair of Raybans (cost of £75) for the Auction/raffle (whichever you think Laura/Bibs).

MJK will be donating a signed picture (to be decided tomorrow night when I go round and nick something!)

I also have one of these:

I really don't think I have anyting that can be auctioned off, appart form a load of unused bridesmaid dresses.

I'll scower the garage for anything lotus related but I really don't think I've got anything of worth.

As far as a raffle prize, I'll try and sort something out with Lisa on our journey across on Friday, I'd like us to do something, even if it is a little something.

Here you have it then folks, here are some of the items that will be available for auction on Saturday night. There may well be one or two special items exclusively for those attending but for those who can't make it (and those wanting to prioritise where their money is going to go) here is some of the available items for auction:

For anyone not able to attend the event but would still like to get their hands on any of the above items please pm me your maximum bid and I will bid on your behalf up to that amount (in the unlikely event that two people pm me the same amount for the same item it will be FCFS). Please note that is not a guarantee that you will actually win the item you may well still be outbid. If you do win we will expect a prompt payment and reserve the right to ask you to cover any postage costs incurred.

For those attending the event we will ask for immediate payment by cash or credit card. There is no cash machine within the hotel grounds so come prepared! For anyone attending the night doesn't fancy anything listed above (and to be honest how could you not!) there will also be a raffle for lots of prizes including Lotus clothing, money off vouchers, DVD's, models, and it looks like a bottle of plonk or two!
