measuring castor angle

im trying to measure the castor angle on the front suspension. does anyone know a good ref point to measure from ie is the calipier mountng parallel to upper and lower joints steve

Upgrade today to remove Google ads and support TLF.

I assume you have the equipment to measure camber, if so measure castor by turning the wheels in by pre-determined amount, measure camber, then turn the wheels out by the same amount, measure camber again. Subtract one reading from the other then multiply by the factor and that gives the castor figure. I can look up the turning angle and factor if you need it.
