Paul - what is the crack with the little blemishes in the gel coat i have some on the rear spoiler and lid of boot - possibly the only signs of 'deterioration' (thankfully) on my car. SJ said

I haven't paid for them yet gonna see what else i can muster from the tinternet and LEF!

It would break my heart to see them missing thereafter - true - and i would be inclined to hurt those that do mess!

My cars blemishes are like little spots and quite a few of them on spoiler top and top of boot lid - no shunts that i'm aware of - not sure why? Never asked Geoff really - it isn't a big thing - but i have a mate with a sexy italian supercar and he reckoned that they could be polished out - but i don't know if he's aware of the 'boat-like' properties of our paintwork!

I can see a trace of where the old badges were previously and it annoys me after giving it the Zymol treatment and seeing it there - although to be fair it is 'cosmetic'!!

I went out today as the sun doth shine mometarily - oh what joy and didn't notice the reduced weight without the badges and don't think anyone else did either!!! B)

Hi Jukka,

It's entirely up to you which ones you choose to use - but personally i'd try and get hold of the stock badges if you want the real thing - i know i did in the end, it wasn't cheap but i think they are still going cheap direct from Lotus?
