2010 Provisional Calendar

Attention all Flight Crew.

2010 got off to a bad start.

The lousy weather meant most of us were stuck indoors and no event happened in January. :)

In February we met up with NWEG and enjoyed The Cat & Fiddle whilst it remains camera free ( the average speed cameras should be up and running by Easter  )

With thinking cap on I've come up with the following sorties for the rest of the year.

I stress that these are my ideas and it would be great if others, new or existing crew, chipped in with their own plans.

Keeping with the usual one-sunday-a-month routine the timetable looks like this:

March 21st. Fish and Chips by the sea

April 18th. Club Lotus Show at Malvern

May 16th. Ludlow Food Centre

June 20th. Lotus Festival Snetterton (probably hotel night before)

July 4th. Charity run in the Peaks with Cheshire Club Lotus (see separate thread)

July 18th Pageant of Power at Cholmondeley with the Noble guys again

August 15th. Llangollen/Horse Shoe pass

September 19th Midland Breakfast Club at RAF Cosford

October 17th. Hartington Cheese Shop via North Staffs run.

November 14th Classic Car Show NEC

December 12th. Christmas Charity Bash ( we need to nominate a charity NOW please people)

Please let me know what you think. Does it sound fun? Will you be joining in?

If not, what would you prefer to do?

All suggestions gratefully received.

AND yes Simon I will put these dates in the diary once people have responded.
