Black 86 TE HCI. It's even got the same aftermarket wheel as mine. Differences: retains striping/boot carpet, has great looking compmotive wheels that I now want for my car. And looks better from just about every angle  which I guess accounts for it being, at this time, more than twice I paid for mine. It's just like that Schwarzenegger movie, the sixth day. I wonder which is the evil twin

I have a new goal.

EDIT: coincidentally on ebay right now someone has attempted a less accurate clone of my car. I'm getting popular.

Heh!

In the film, Dr Drucker genetically modified all the

clones with defects that will limit their life spans.

I guess we will see in time which car is the clone...

hehe... as I recall we have a few former Fiero owners on here Tony has just alienated

Many Fieros are used for Lambo clones. Maybe this guy made up for all that by putting the Fiero body on a Lambo!

Or a Lotus

(Wow... I was trying to prove Kentos statement wrong but I actually can't think of any other mid engined production American cars)

By the way... is it gay to do it with your clone? I say it's just masturbation

They make many different kits for the Fiero chassis. Ferrari, Lambo, There is several one-off and Someone just started making a Pantera Kit. Most take way too much $$$ to make right. Most fool people who have no clue but anyone who knows even a little can tell. Out the box the Fiero is one of the best handling Production cars of there era.

Hell people believe the Urban Legand that Lotus Designed the 88 Suspension. The only fact is GM bought a Esprit to study the rear suspension prior to making the new Rear suspension.

I have owned fieros for over 10 years now and Stood in Line to test drive the first one in my area back in Nov 83. I am also our Local Fiero Club's Web Master. My current one has a Caddy Aluminum V8 installed that is quicker than the Esprit's 0-60, after that I will get owned  I am fairly certain most of my Fiero Knowledge is solid. B)

I've never seen a Fiero kit (or any kit really) that looked right

there are usually thousands of them on ebay, but I think the respective makers that were being mocked have cracked down... there are no hilarious examples currently that there usually are

I always hear the rumors from people not quite in the know that the Fiero and unrelated Buick Reatta were developed in part by Lotus
