Where did you get the snap ring pliers for the large c-clip? I'm having a heck of a time finding one big enough for the clip.

Also, what is the purpose of the black valve the comes with the kit. It isn't a one way valve as I can blow and suck from both ends. (that doesn't sound quite right...)

looking at your website about the new intake...

did you use the same size inlet hose on your intake?

the volume or air is relative to the smallest cross sectional

area, not the intake area.

also ram air will increase the efficency of the turbo by only

miniscule amounts and only then at very high speeds.

not really on topic, but there is my comment.

also, i found the cause of my overboost

it was my BOV!

pressurized intake charge was bleeding thru it

at max boost and was causing the boost bypass frequency

valve fits.

Never mind. After the sixth store I found some snap ring clip pliers that worked. I also found out that the black valve is a filter although I don't see a need for a filter. It does serve a great purpose as a hose reducer though...

I've got it installed but haven't tried it yet.

I am loving your work and heartily agree with previous poster. Website is PHAT and thanks for taking the time to represent it so informatively! You have done great things to a great car and it looks greater still and i bet it sounds and drives wicked ya?

How much of what you've done would you change/do differently if you could do it all again from scratch? Or would you do it all the same over?

Great site Dermot. Interesting and informative reading. I have just purchased a bailey dump valve. How do you adjust it to ensure optimum performance and how would you measure this upon installation to ensure the setting is correct??
