Trevsked
Wookie, Thanks for kicking this one off but you missed 2 things. One that I am always top of the list and two that you simply fill in the regular suspects because you know they won't let you down. 1. Trevsked (with the magazine queen) 2. Wookie (hopefully my car will be fixed by then) 3. Sparky (all shiney and red) That's the car not............ 4. Internets (mit new gearbox) 5. Felix (OTT wings and wheels) 6. Dave Freeman (show and shine) 7. Bibs (because his meets don't involve going out in Lotus and he gets to drive his car there) Wonder if he will bite on that one? Should be daylight by the time we all get there so hope for proper pics. Trevor. I'll get around to it at some point.
wookiecj
Dave, yup, it's the Marcos.... Come on down to the Ace. Not everyone turns up in a Lotus (I never do as I haven't got a complete one... 0r even half a driver yet!). It's the meeting and chatting that's important and you may get some clues as to what your problem is from the guys as there are often Elites and Eclats there apart from the Esprits, Elans, Elises etc... sometimes an Evora will pop in too.... If you don't turn up in a Lotus, there's a bunch of parking over the road or round the corner... so no excuses really..... Trev, sorry about any confusion caused by my temporarily forgetting where you live in the 'food chain'... "Help, roll up and see the oppression of the masses!" Attending:- 1. Trevsked (with the magazine queen) 2. Wookie (hopefully my car will be fixed by then) 3. Sparky (all shiney and red) That's the car not............ 4. Internets (mit new gearbox) 5. We even had a cup of tea too, just like you Londoners do at the Ace 88 Esprit NA, 89 Esprit Turbo SE, Evora, Evora S, Evora IPS, Evora S IPS, Evora S IPS SR, Evora 400, Elise S1, Elise S1 111s, Evora GT410 Sport Evora NA For forum issues, please contact the Moderators. Trevsked
Kent taking credit for that meet ( and there are more Esprit's outside Sparky's house on a Saturday than went to Brands) is akin to SLEG making the Ace one of their meets.. You did bite then:). Trevor. I'll get around to it at some point.
Bibs
Hmm, perhaps the go-karting has to be Kent vs London with a financial incentive. Whaddya think, big guy? 88 Esprit NA, 89 Esprit Turbo SE, Evora, Evora S, Evora IPS, Evora S IPS, Evora S IPS SR, Evora 400, Elise S1, Elise S1 111s, Evora GT410 Sport Evora NA For forum issues, please contact the Moderators. wookiecj
Come on guys and gals... we've got to beat the Bibsmeister for greatest number of cars at a meeting this year or he'll be insufferable. Bragging rights just have to belong to the London section! Get signed up for this one...... Maybe we could swell our numbers by getting EAG to turn up! Well, maybe not... Attending:- 1. andydclements
That's not fair. Last month you had EAG or AEG attendance equivalent to 50% or so of our average number of Lotus cars at a monthly meet.

Gold FFM Sparky Posted April 14, 2010 Gold FFM Report Share Posted April 14, 2010 Anyhoo, my attendance is subject to the usual caveat: No idea whether I'll be in-country. IanQ
i have no idea how to do cut copy and paste in computer speak but I do know how to get to the Ace Cafe and enjoyed meeting some new mates there last month so please can I come along and play?
