How did you paint the Lotus script? I found the letters to be very rounded and difficult to paint when I did mine, so I just left them the same colour in the end.

Once the callipers are painted, do a light sanding of the letters (the top).
I used a small art-painters brush and a lot of patience. From very close up the finish is not perfect but good enough..

More or less. I didn't fit them myself but there was issues getting them secured. They also needed more than just painting to get them finished properly. Even then there are flaws. 

Yes, I am looking to get the passenger headlight replaced soon.

I mean that it has been used dry carbon fibre and not prepreg. you can see a lot of waves that are not beautiful on a aesthetic piece.

also the quality of the part itself shall not high due to the process, presumably w/o autoclave and vacuum bag.

the front dash panel is far better from the aesthetic point of view, but is quite simpler to do as well

Gotcha. I have no idea how they fabricate their grilles. I was under the impression the carbon is laid in a mold followed by (the non visible) fiberglass. Of course, I could be wrong. My mother used to tell me I was on a daily basis.

I'm not by my car right now but I don't recall seeing any waviness in the cf. I was very pleased at how they looked. And, I'm pretty anal so I'd be shocked if they were wavy.  But I'll have to look again.

Interesting picture taken at AutoIitalia Canberra on the weekend ( 270 cars) in the middle was a a Evora 400 advertising Collecting Cars
