I was just getting my phone out to take a picture my Evora by the sea at St Margarets Bay when a rusty Vauxhall Zafira came and parked right next to me, which was annoying seeing as it was 9.30am and the car park was pretty much empty.

It's that ol' Evora magic. Their beauty and attraction is like a blue lamp to a fly. The full moon to a moth. An open jar of honey to a bear. Simply irresistible.

That's why I bought it. Though, in my mind, I thought would be fighting off the local yummy mummies, not morbidly obese families in people carriers.

 

n.b. In case my wife is reading this, I am happily married, and in no way have a thing for posh mums in Audi Q5s.

Ha - that was me! Didn't go round on Saturday, but I am doing the Lotus trackway on 28th May. Hope you enjoyed your time on track - my son was driving the Elise S1 sport 135 in the session before you I think.

Excellent I thought it must have been a TLF'ers car! Looked lovely in the sunshine!!

I missed your sons car but there was a silver Elise S1 being driven very well all day and during my session! My driving was awful but I loved the car.. Time for some tuition!!

Thanks Bibs - yes lovely Daytona Blue. Gets great comments from everyone. I'm gonna keep this for a year or two and then I'll be after a 410 targa (if such a thing ever exists).. In Daytona Blue of course.

Ha ha, I have the same black wheels as you but, TBH, I think the wheels as fitted when purchased (anthracite with bright spokes) suit it better
