DBG
That was my guess too. I heard V6 plus hybrid, but may not be called the Esprit (potentially model between Esprit and Evora). Who knows though. At least it’s still has a petrol engine!
Bruss
Ooh, a hybrid Evora. A bit late to the party but that's got me enthused for my next Lotus.

Gold FFM C8RKH Posted March 20, 2020 Gold FFM Report Share Posted March 20, 2020 If this is the new Esprit then I am 100% in love! But looking at it that is a £150k+ car, minimum. Lovely though. Just lovely. Quote Alcohol. Sex. Tobacco. Drugs. Chocolate. Meh! NOTHING in this world is as addictive as an Evora +0. It's not for babies! The first guy to ride a bull for fun, was a true hero. LotusLeftLotusRight
Looks like an Evija photoshop to me. Same colour, wheels, roof line, nose, just chopped a bit out of the wheelbase. I think even the sand dune background looks familiar!
EGTE
Yes indeed, but it makes sense to stick to the "design language" of the Evija. There will be a queue for "OO7" 0 number plates, I bet!
mg4lotus
Yes to the highlights of the Evija. For me the waist and sills are from the Evora, the roofline of the Evija, the side scoops of the Europa / Exige, the front wings of the Elise. Popular Post LeglessAlex
It makes a lot of sense to have a 'face' and it makes even more sense to base that face on the Evija. Maybe that render isn't a million miles off, Autocar have to get it right one day with their endless attempts 😅🤣 Anyway, have a shot of a car at rest. 9,800 in seven months, very sad I didn't manage to crack 10k in six, but oh well. If the travel restrictions are relaxed in time for summer I can easily see 20,000 miles being clocked up in 12 months. Gold FFM C8RKH Posted March 29, 2020 Gold FFM Report Share Posted March 29, 2020 I'd be interested Alex as that wheel colour would look good on my fire red Evora Quote Alcohol. Sex. Tobacco. Drugs. LeglessAlex
It would look absolutely bloody glorious! I'll have a dig around and see if I can find the paint code, if not I'll call the shop tomorrow and see if anyone answers.

LeglessAlex
That is a fair point. Red with gold wheels was my first choice, but after looking at the reds that were either available or that Lotus would do, I decided against it. Preferred the green in the end. Damn it would be a good looking car though.

To be fair, this is an administrative issue in getting the legislation in place during a (probably) unique situation. The anomaly you have been caught in is horrid but not really specifically anyone's fault. Or in any way diliberate. I think your insurance company has been most unreasonable. I would not be renewing with them come premium time. I would also write to the CEO, politely saying it is disappointing his firm is being so unhelpful during a national emergency. LotusLeftLotusRight
SORN’d mine today. I hadn’t intended to and have never SORN’d a car before, but the £555 road tax is due on Wednesday and since the car won’t be going anywhere for quite some time, it just seems like a waste of money. I’ve still got the old Ferrari on the road if things improve.
