Heres my egg timer

I used to be like Paul, believing real watches have springs, cogs and stuff that break down

BTW it cost a fair bit more than 30 quid :D

I had it sent back to Seiko and they changed the face to the white which I prefer. ;)P3100005.jpg

Its been hit(numerous times, covered in boiling anti-freeze and 20w50, Im really glad I didnt buy the Tag Heuer I went in to the jewelers to get :(:(

wear a seiko. Batteries, I believe.

I was handed down my dad's fake rolex when I was 8 and he got a real one  Light as a feather, and the face was about as big as my forearm. I've since grown.

Seiko I wear now hasn't held up well. Face cracked after it (lightly) brushed up against a metal stairway somewhere  The metal wristband lock thing always pops open and can't be adjusted. Keeps good time though.

I had a great old 70s seiko in middle school. I should start wearing that again :D

70s seiko didn't even have batteries. Had diamonds in it, that tuned it when they shook (and they shook often in those days )

That's it. I'm wearing it from now on.

I've just got back from the Geneva Motor Show... where I paid a visit to the Lotus stand (rude not to really). As well as taking a number of shots of the Europa S, I also noticed Lotus were heavily pushing the watch.

A lovely young lady named Erica was kind enough to model it for me:

I have to say, it's a pretty nice watch!

Will be posting some more photos from the show shortly
