Ja5on
Had an HTC desire back in 2010, then moved to iphone. Recently got the HTC one M8 and love it. I've got used to the size quite quick, but I think I would like it to be a tad smaller. My biggest dislike though this the volume button, and silence options. I like hold the iphone had the silence as a flick switch seperate from the volume. In regards the the volume the HTC buttons aren't firm enough, when I pick the phone up my fingers are usually placed around the volume and the number of times turned the volume to max or min is silly. iPhones need a far firmer push of the button
andydclements
I've just done something I didn't really consider until one of the guys was praising them, I've purchased a Windows 8 tablet. Still getting used to the different ways, but much faster than my HTC flyer, but still keeping my HTC M7.
Bibs
I looked at the M8 but it was too big for me. There's a Mini 2 out soon from HTC. jimblob
Sony Xperia Z1 compact. I got this recently and it is a great phone, small and waterproof which is cool, it does however scratch quite easily.

Advantage
I'm an Android user and I clicked that. I have no location history at all. Sometimes it's good to switch off apps and leave other services unlinked.
lotusesprit1
I don't have any location history either although I have most of the location features enabled. I recently went from apple to Android ( what fun that is) apples customer retainment policies are a pain as is Itunes I like the phones but itunes is annoying. They read your email as well which is nice of them.

Gold FFM C8RKH Posted March 18, 2016 Gold FFM Report Share Posted March 18, 2016 Lol - I only just upgraded to a S6 Edge last week Bibs - got a great deal on it. Thought the S7 was just too big to fit in my pocket. I really do like the recent S5/S6/S7 Galaxy phones though. Quote I came into this world screaming and covered in someone elses blood. I'll probably leave it in the same way.
Bibs
I'm coming from an HTC One M8 which was ace but the battery was getting annoying, not lasting a day. The S7 Edge has been getting rave reviews and I got a stonking deal on it! Gonna go and find a puddle to drop it in Quote 88 Esprit NA, 89 Esprit Turbo SE, Evora, Evora S, Evora IPS, Evora S IPS, Evora S IPS SR, Evora 400, Elise S1, Elise S1 111s, Evora GT410 Sport Evora NA For forum issues, please contact the Moderators. andydclements
Still running HTC M7, thought that the M8 was too big and they aren't getting smaller except for some specialist versions. The M7 ran a decent battery with a smaller screen and so mine still lasts a couple of days unless I'm in a really bad signal area.

march
Wish I had stuck with the Android Galaxy phones. A friend told me how wonderful the Windows phones were so I upgraded to one of those - What a mistake, cannot wait for the contract to end to upgrade back to a Galaxy Android unit. By the way the Windows phones are just as slippery, have already dropped mine and cracked the glass on the corner, never did that with the Galaxy phone I had for years. As a note the windows phone has a really good front end but very few apps and Microsoft really have not mastered integrated apps or even working apps at times, and it always seems let you down when you need it the most. Basically my advice would be to leave them well alone and stick with Android (will not by an Iphone on principle).
Bibs
Other than the slip, the phone is exceptional, especially the camera which is 4k for video and incredible for stills!
