Artie
Fuel her hit $3.00 a gallon today for 93 octane. Never has fuel hit this price here before... What are prices elsewhere? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> 92 Octane here in KC hit $2.89 a gallon, last summer it was up to $3.39/gal! This is retarded considering the oil companies are recording RECORD profit quarters the last year! We're getting raped! WayneB
Its a buck Canadian a litre here today. The Oil companies will keep playing these pricing games as long as they can get away with it.(forever as long as the electorate was put into power with oil money) Locally , we all tend to use the gas station with the lowest price, and another way of protesting is to only half /part fill your car (increases their administration costs) ..........and you can always drive less Maybe its time I bought another racer B) Edited April 8, 2006 by WayneB
fjmuurling
Over here the unleaded at the cheap gasstation is 1.359 euro per liter so that is more than $6 a gallon. Freek Quote Esprit Freak

Evil_Dr_Fish
Fuel Tax in the UK has gone down in real terms every year for the last six years. The increase in price we have seen over that period has been 100% due to increases in crude prices (ask the Arabs ) and above mentioned record profits for oil companies. ...and yes, I just paid $7.75 per (uk) gallon for Optimax this afternoon. So stop ya whinein'!!! ;-) Quote "When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle. Cliff
So stop ya whinein'!!! ;-) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I already had when I saw $6 a gallon! Much of the US oil & gas is produced in my state, and 80% of the crude passes through here... I should find a way to tap into the source directly. CNH
So stop ya whinein'!!! ;-) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> $2.49 regular and $2.69 premium where I live. You pay a little more in taxes but of course you have all those goverment services provided to your populace to make up for it.
