mayevora 1,169
There's some great pics in this thread. Shame I've got two garages now but no Lotus in there at the mo. Dragi - if I had your garage, other than driving those beauties, I would never actually feel the need to go out. In fact I'd probably stick a bed in there and move in. Absolutely love it! Thanks for posting. Quote Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk - that will teach us to keep mouth shut!
Stefan Ertler 1
I got the trophies for various classic car rally's i have done with the Elite and the Monza. He Stefan, the Red Bull? Or the Heineken? :-) What kind of beer do you prefer? Tell me your favorite beer and i will make sure its in the fridge when you visit my place. Dragi I don't care for Red Bull, it's the H..........boah , I can't even spell it Make it Bitburger or Erdinger Sorry guys, i've just got the feeling it has been a mistake to post my pics here. It was NOT my target to make some of you feel bad. But this is the Garage thread, and thats why i have posted them. I am working very hard since years. To own such a Garage was my dream all the times. My family and me we are living "Lotus". Once again a big SORRY ... Don't feel sorry, you are not amongst the usual Germanic begrudging crowd. We all enjoy the pictures of your garage and at least I can tell you that I am happy for you lucky bugga Quote Mind if I cut in ?
Wilf 22
Don't be sorry - it's great to see what setup you have, I hope to have something similar eventually. I have a 1 3/4 length and only just 1 wide garage. Keeps the rain off but only useful for end-on work! I'd not thought of having beer in the garage...
gospeedv8 15
Thanks guys. Times ago i had similar situations. My first house ( now sold since october 2010 ) had a simple one car garage. That was not enough room to storage the cars and bikes. My old factory building was an alternative at the time. But it ran out of space again. So my wife an me decided to sell both properties. The actual factory building has room for more cars then the old one. In September last year we started to build our new house. And to make sure to have enough space for some more cars it has a 4 car garage attached. But i don't want it to be a simple garage - it should more be a boys-play-room, something like a livingroom where you can park some cars in too. The building should be finished this year in july. Lets see ... The first pic shows the old company building. The second my old garage. I have attached to pdfs with the new houses plans. And 2 new building pics in the current state. 3.pdf 4.pdf

GavinT 109
What I like about this thread is that it shows that Lotus ownership is a 'true enthusiast' thing and being part of it is not dictated by how much cash is in your wallet. Could that be said of some other car brands?. Edited January 16, 2011 by GavinT
Petrol feet driven 2
Thats hit the nail on the head Gavin. The Veg 0
Good point Gavin, and in fact my Esprit cost slightly less to purchase and SIGNIFICANTLY less to insure than did my last BMW motorcycle. Who well did this car sell in Korea? It got bad reviews from the western press although I don't know how many drove it and how many just commented on its specification. What were your impressions? I mean, as you know Tony K is with Merrill, but hell, you can't beat this. Also, I have the t-shirt (no joke). I'm so glad I found him on "them internets." Once I saw that he was diversifying in to " (dinosaur meat!) and " (molester-free!) I thought, "Now this guy is a bonafide entrepreneur and I'm giving him all my money." So far I've only received the t-shirt and a bag of weed, but I'm hoping for the best.
