Stainless Steel Sports Cats (200 Cell)

Hi all,

I've been contacted be a couple of people regarding V8 Sports Cats since I dropped my old site espritperformance. I have since contacted the exhaust manufacturer I used to use and they have come up with an idea of a possible group buy. I said that I would see if there was any interest. I also went on to say that I would start with sports cats and if it was sucessful then I would move onto other exhaust systems I used to do. So the question is anyone interested in a group buy? Currently they are on sale at various outlets for £800 plus VAT = £960. They are still on at espritperformance for £930 with a discount down to £850. I would need approx 10 sets but I could do them for £650.

Hi guys,

Sorry for delay, I did see the in new posts about this. Anyway if you email me direct then I will sort out for you and get the ball rolling. I can do 100 cell but I doubt they will pass emissions test so it's at the owners risk. Personally, I would stick with 200 cell.

Hi,

Just an update, there has been a price increase with stainless steel and as a result the manufacturer is wanting to put prices up between 5-10%. They said that they could hold the price if I put an order in this week.

I have been in touch with most people who are interested but those who haven't been in touch, can they please email me at dave@acsdesign.org I am trying to get hold of Peter Maeers to sort out delivery and payment.

I have agreed to buy the last set in the group just to make the numbers up.

Just a quick note to say that I've shipped to all those who ordered a set and they have all received them. I have 2 slots left if anyone else is interested?

The exhaust company asked if anyone wanted a centre exit exhaust to go with the Sports cats? They would be willing to do an excellent price? If any interest then I'll start a new thread.

I might be interested in this, I already have the center exit stock muffler, and wouldn't mind shedding the weight of the stock muffler. With your sport cats installed, the exhaust tips are moved a bit to the right side of center, maybe an inch or two. Maybe the straight center pipes would fix this?
