I am in the San fernando valley.

Hey, I recognize that beach...that's at Sycamore Beach, huh? Right near Point Mugu past the big rock on PCH?

I think that if there isn't a LA meet soon someone else should pick up the torch and organize something!

Paul93Lotus this is for you

Read through it!!!

The following is protest, and it is because my heart is broken over this.

I have been out of work for over a year, and every side job I get and every extra penny I get goes into my car.

I really had high hopes for this.

Sorry The LA Club is history. I run the LA WebSite and to be honest you are better off joining a vett club!!!!!

I gave up!!!!

The seasons happen faster than the LA Club !!

Watching paint dry is more fun!!!

Glaciers move faster!!!

A day in are club seems like a 10 year retirement plan.

The new Esprit will be out before our next meeting!!!!!

The last time to 2 club members got together was by accident in an intersection.

Watch grass grow is more fun!!!

Golf is more fun than the LA club!!!!

These Guys in England are f**** Lucky,

they actuality care about their cars, and having a Club!!!!!!!!

Gordonie is the head of our club, he is the most hard core lotus guy I know, the rest

do not care!! they never show up!!!

Gordonie is really close to selling his Car !!

This is just an observation I could be wrong.

We haven't had a club in so long that I have decided to pull my car down for

serious work. I have been 5 months and nobody care to do anything!!!

I do not even think I will do the Toy for Tots.

The elise club as far as they are concern you are an out cast!

Because the esprit owners never show up!!!!!!!

I will give you an example :

1 of are X club members decided to use his Hotel that he was running, and rented

out the entire hall for The Club.

He expected 30+ people to show up.

He had fixed the place up for us, put food out I would say at least 700 to 800 $ or

more in food, and only 10 people showed up.

I am sure you care about your car, but no one in the L.A. Club cares!!!!

They are to busy getting their nails done. Ha ha Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Gents do not get madd please!!

Guy, you need to get out more! There's a very active Lotus group down in OC who used to meet at Crystal Cove every weekend until they shut it down. We are now meeting at the PAG building in Irvine for the Saturday Cars & Coffee stuff. Check out (http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/oclotusclub and www.oclotusclub.com) we are having a drive to some place in San Diego this Sunday (can't remember where off the top of my head, maybe Palomar?).

That's a neat looking Cobra Guy, although I don't think I've seen it.

Paul93Lotus, Guy or any other local, anytime you want to get together, let me know. I also sometimes join the OC group.

I will post pictures soon.

So was that Sycamore Beach? B)

My email is [email protected]

I could make a meet with at least a couple weeks prior notice....hey I don't care even tagging along with other makes as long as I'm not a loner :) I think part of it is just getting the word out and being persistent . Most people who buy Esprits are enthusiasts....having meetings in a banquet hall are probably less important than getting out and just driving as a group to a destination, with possibly lunch afterwards.

Were you at VCR last Sunday? Saw three other Esprits there. I believe one was Gonzalo's....if it wasn't it looks just like his.

Saw a yellow V8 and a 88-91 in the parking lot near Von's.

I just turned off pch at one of those little rest spots on the Beach.

We did get the word out, one of the reasons was location, every one I meet were OC or San Diego.

Gordon and I are in the Valley/Burbank. The yellow esprit I beleive is Zane, was not a huge Club fan.

Try to think of a destination, Maybe we should just try the Village Coffe Shop for now.

lets Avoid the big supper car show and just group together and see what we get.
