G watch

Seems like people are running out of nice G cars to sell, because lots of recent ones have been dodgy... hopefully they'll turn up again in a couple years restored and whatnot :o

(No one who sells dodgy esprits seems to know what they're talking about either. At least this guy know where the spark plugs are :o)

What a hovel.

He didn't even bother to clean the birdshit off the car. With the interior in such rotten condition, I have to wonder how well the engine and other components have been cared for. Notice there's no photo of the engine bay.

I have to confess, when I first saw the thread title that someone was selling some kind of G-Car styled wrist-watch and clicked with excitement!

:P

I have wanted this watch since Paul C brought it to my attention about a year ago!! Silver with a red interior and spectacularly angular in a 70's/80's stylee!:)

Fight you for it!!!

Lol

Slade - They do (did) ones with a black interior! (well all manner of varieties!) ...and with vinyl straps - but the steel strap is the best!

There are sufficiently convincing copies going on ebay for not much money... Real ones in top condition will sell for in excess of

keeping things on the watch front...

I started wearing my 70s seiko again.

71 Seiko 5 automatic. Looks good for a 35 year old watch, considering I wore it in Elementary school :) (God knows why my dad gave it to me at that age... not that it's worth anything. But it reminds me of the era when you could smell men before you could see them

Serious fishy, you sooooo need a Spaceman Audacieuse to go with that car of yours! :D

Am liking the 70's Seiko Slade, have a few 70's Seiko's too and they

are capable of keeping better time than some of my more expensive

watches, tough as old boots they are!

Excuse for a link methinks...

thought you would have a care bear watch Paul? I do like the first one on Vickys page...
