December Meeting

Recommended Posts

Next meeting is due on Monday 19th December

Should we meet at the Angel as usual or travel further afield into Suffolk or Cambridgeshire, maybe invite the Essex mob up again ?

Alternatively go out for a Curry or Chinese somewhere.

Suggestions on a postcard please, well on a forum post at least !

I don't mind Larling, wouldn't really want to travel too much further than mine to larling (about an hour), but Cambs possibly not much difference and Suffolk would be a bonus. Also happy to go for curry or chinese.

Not fussed either way, Suffolk would be good though! Not sure if I'd be in the Esprit though? The demister was bad enough last time, never mind a freezing night in December!

Cheers mate I'll pop round after work, I'm due a bit of time after arriving back at the airport at 21:30 last night and then having to go straight to the office to do some more work.

Happy with either, but what about Dog at Norton ?

Okay for Ralph, not too bad for Jammy Pop, accessible for everyone else ?

I vote either larling or dog at norton, ancient shepard may be a bit far for me to do after work yarmouth to cambs and back, however pleasurable would be a long evening!

I may be out for this, my spine has gone into spasm so moving is an issue let alone driving etc. I just hope I can get the muscles to relax enough over then next 7 days.

Hope you get well soon Andy! - let me know if you are well enough to attend but not to drive and I can pick you up on the way if you wish..

So a reasonably split on venue...not much of a consensus! >< Are we trying for food or should i have something before heading down? - remembering its Christmas dinner time

Right with only a few days to go....

Dog at Norton it is.

from around 7.30pm onwards - no planned sit food but i'm sure the peckish could get chips / a bar meal.

It's touch and go at the moment, the spine was twisted to one side by circa 6 inches, most of that's gone so I'm nearly able to stand upright but still in pain, haven't tried sitting in a car since the agonising rides to the Medical centres and back.
