Kimbers
Well depends. Lets not re-write Lotus history anymore shall we? Lets leave that to the PR department. Group Lotus's official colours have always been Green and Yellow, you know that Bibs! Team Lotus is different. Black and gold is their most recognised "sponsor's" colours I agree. rogerch
Red and White is Gold Leaf, (the first commercial sponsor), John Player Special is black and gold, etc, as Kimbers says, Green and Yellow is Lotus. Moxie
Being so close to Canada, I feel your new logo could inspire my son to take up smoking and that you should pay reparations if you want your site to be seen in the US and Canada. (Personally, I like both logos.) Quote 1983 "Investor's Special Edition" Turbo Esprit (#43/50) | 2012 Evora S

Rick Edwards
IMHO the green / yellow is much better . The black and gold are sponsors colours not Lotus colours. If you want sponsor colour versions as well you need to embrace the Blue/Red of Essex and the Yellow Blue of Camel and the black and white of all the pre colour picture cars. bingoking
I like them both but the original Lotus badge is Green and Yellow so I say stick with that. Quote Join Lotus Enthusiasts Group Scotland here! and on Facebook

SwissV8
I like it. History aside, I prefer gold/black to green/yellow. I'd buy a Lotus in black/gold, but not in green/yellow! Neither beat straight yellow of course Quote Rob S
Nelly
Another vote for green & yellow - purely for the reasons stated above for them being Lotus colours rather than sponsors - this is a Lotus approved forum after all! Why not use both though and keep the black/gold for F1 & motorsport related items?

dodgy
History says green and yellow as the OE Lotus colours which Caterham have now adopted. The Black and Gold I feel are more classy and seem to be adopted as the new Lotus colours in motorsport though. +1 for the B+G Quote Лотос - для тех которые знают разницу ENIGMA for those who are paranoid or download one
Roz_Bennetts
Prefer green and yellow, the black and gold looks nice but I associate it with the sponsor and not Lotus; green and yellow FTW.
