I'm not a spurs fan but WTF is that about?

Renapp finished 4th behind the big 3. He only missed out on champions league footy because Chelsea won in Europe. What more does any manager have to do????

I am a Spurs fan and I'm very confused. The best manager we've have for ages and we get rid of him. I suspect many players will leave now unless Levy has an ace up his sleeve and we get someone like Mourinho.

As a gooner, there will not be any smug comments - I am as surprised as you guys. You have to think the club already have someone lined up.

From being potential England manager to not having a job come the summer - who would have saw that coming?

That said, where I live on the south coast (excluding Portsmouth, obviously) not many people have a good word to say about him - jumping ship at the first sign of trouble - including relegation of my local team Southampton (which doesn't get mentioned that often which is odd). I think this is the first time its actually been done against his will.

Footy is insane at present!!

I would say footy is insane full stop. How the hell does AVB keep getting mentioned as a replacement whenever a position becomes available after the job he did at Chelsea?

Nothing surprises me in football its biased to a team who play in red (yes from manchester not Italy)

Yep - Dani Behr for Spurs manager gets my vote.

All you fellow Spuds just remember "Gareth Bale - he plays on the left"

Harry did a job, showed his loyalty over the England "calling", told Levy to extend his contract as the players would get unsettled ffs (like they were since Capello resigned hence the dip).

I have follwed Spurs across the country this season, he ran out of ideas - compare his form for the last 15 games with all the others - he ain't that good anymore, except at self promotion. He took us to a new level, we have to stay there.

God (Levy!) knows who it will be though!

They are something like the 7th or 8th biggest football club in the London area Michael.

Yep thought he was poorly treated at Chelsea (No3 London club!!) yes I know they won more trophies than the two LC above them last season!

Spurs are my guilty secret. I am a totally dedicated Wolves fan for 38 years but I do like Spurs. They are gutsy and nearly always the underdog of the big 3 in London. However they play nice Footy and with players like Bale, Lennon, Walker etc they play pretty football.

Just my 2 cents worth.

My other guilty secret in Footy is that I should hate West Brom and the Villa. But I like Villa.......Baggies can go hang though!!
