Strikes me that Messrs Bibs and Kimbers (and I dare say one or two others behind the scenes) are working their socks off to arrange this visit for us.

Just wondered if there is anything that we can do to help you guys; whether it be now, during the run up to 8th/9th, or once we're there?

If so, just shout.

I think we have got things covered for now, as Bibs says, where we will require assistance (Moderators I'm looking at you guys) is on the convoy and trip to the factory. Also making sure everyone is ready Monday AM (and not throwing up) would be good

We will prob ask for assistance after we have our meeting shortly.

I know I speak for all involved when I say that the whole point of this visit is for you guys/& spouses to really enjoy yourselves and make this THE event of the decade for both Lotus and yourselves. Enjoy!

It would seem that my reputation precedes me and that these good people realise that I'm the very model of sobriety
