That picture was first seen on TLF as it happens, we had the world exclusive on that and a couple more of PTS Exiges

The more I see of the Exige Roadster, the more I like it. I wonder whether Lotus would trim the dash in matching leather if you were willing to splash a little extra. I appreciate they decided they couldn't do it as standard option but even so ... It looked so good on the show car!

Enjoyed that.

 

There's a comment on there about the Lotus losing their way with the V6, too heavy, engine too lazy, not as agile, responsive or communicative as the S2 Exige, yadda, yadda, yadda.

 

Turns out he is yet to drive a V6.

My resistance to wanting a V6 wasn't helped at the weekend. I was at Silverstone for a track day and the Track Club Exige was out too. Looked like the traction control was working just fine as it squirmed about in the morning in slippery conditions. There is a vid which I'll link to a bit later.
