Funnily enough that’s where I took them. Did a good job - £80 a wheel

Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk - that will teach us to keep mouth shut!

Before I got my 4 post lift,  I was determined to figure out a way to jack it up and to put it on jack stands without the high cost of something like the JackPoint jack stands. Since I had extra wheel

I left mine on the drive last month for a few days whilst the two rears went in for a refurb. And a great time to hamerite the wheel nuts 😊👍

I just use an old book to drive up on for that extra clearance. works just fine. no wood, planks, decking squares etc.. just an old book you have lying around.

I had also used them for a set of jeep rims that a local mobile service would not touch.

I got them to give me the details of the TPMS sensors to see if I can find any compatible ones for another set of rims.  They also suggested that the stems are a standard sort of thing so I have ordered one lotus transmitter to see if they can then fit a stem to it. I now have 4 spare cup 2 tyres and one pair of evora 400 new front rims that i got cheap from ebay. Don't really want to pay over 1k for each rear 10.5j rim.

As an aside is there a preferred position for axle stands front and rear?  Thanks.

Alcohol. Sex. Tobacco. Drugs. Chocolate.  Meh! NOTHING in this world is as addictive as an Evora +0. It's not for babies!

I've identified that the blue low profile jacks used as Hethel are Clarke 1.25 tonne jobbies.

@philcool do you know what brand the red 25 tonne low profile jacks are in your photo?
