I tried getting paypal interested but as the 45 day period passed their not interested. I suggested to them that they should cancel his paypal account but just got a standard letter of disinterest. Its a good scam to say delivery will be more than 45 days so you can steal peoples money without any comeback.

Oh well a lesson learned.

Would the Police not be interested? Sounds like either theft or fraud to me!

Guess you could try sending a registered letter demanding a refund and if that fails send a collection agency, but sadly I suspect it would all be for not. Assuming hes a scam, well he'll have moved on and if its just a failed business well then there won't be anything to go after.

I've been checking my paypal account, and I actually paid to a company called "Autoboddy Supply Corp." not LotusEspritParts...does it make any difference regarding asking for the money back?

 

Well, I guess I'm screwed anyway as my order was October 22th...2012!!! so nobody is going to care about me complaining now...

 

But will be worth trying to find also this company and see if Mike is still hanging around screwing people!!!!

 

I have enough reasons now to be pissed off!!!!!!
