Got DATA!

Hey guys, got my AKM cable interface with USB for my new laptop and installed the devices. Getting TPS and BAR and Baro readings. My map reading at the "ON" position with engine off is .86! Is my map sensor shot? I'm thinking with no input it should be 0. Also my spark advance says 74.9? What the?

Anyone. I'd attach the file but I'm out of space.

No .86 MAP is normal and it does read a pressure before the car is running ("on" position), it will be the same as the Baro.

Lotus knew the sensors weren't accurate, i.e. they should read 1.0 at sea level, but they don't. Lotus built in a fudge factor for the MAP and Baro. Marcus can explain better.

Okay, that was my suspicion since atmospheric pressure is usually 1 bar! What about spark advance at 74.9? what is this for?
