Body parts!

Okay, I'm getting ready to upgrade some of the body parts on my 89 Turbo, my choices are as follows:

V8/S4s side skirts(sills/rocker panels)-BUT, heard they are a nightmare to get off old and put on new

2002 Taillight conversion

S4s wheel arch extensions

I am tempted to do the tailight conversion and the wheel arch extensions as they don't require removing anything first(which means more $$$ for the install and painting). Anybody have any thoughts or things to be aware of before I order any of these items?

Buy OEM. Avoid the LpBC retrofit kit like I have. It doesn't look right IMHO.

Does this Lotus part require that you cut into the body or just inside the light fixtures? What don't you like about the LpBC one?(Claudius seems like a decent fellow).

No issues with Claudius what so ever! Just don't like this piece.

If I were you I'd get a S300 conversion kit from SJ.

With your square bumpers the curvy V8 arches and round lights (and god forbid) side skirts would look weird, IMHO

The S300 is the most bad-assed 4 cylinder ever, I'd go that direction. Plus no one will have arches like yours!

yeah, I'm waiting to hear back from Neil at SJ about the S300 arches, I'm not so sure about the side skirts just yet, I may hold off on them just cause they are supposed to be a BEAR to get the old ones off.
