Alpine - and bluetooth streaming

Recommended Posts

So - someone may be able to put me out of my misery.....

I still have a "blackbird' Alpine installed - IVA- W50?

Anyway I have read that some people are 'streaming' music to their Alpines via bluetooth - just like I can in my daily driver

I have the bluetooth connected to my iPhone for making un-intelligable calls - but can I 'hell as like' work out if it is possible to stream music via B/T

If it is - can someone explain to this numpty how to get it to work

Please...

The Alpine W900BT (that came after yours) can do it and it is very straightforeward.  Under "Source" I have options of; radio, cd, usb, blue tooth.  If you don't see blue tooth in source you don't have it.  Mine automatically plays the music on my phone over the car stereo if I tap the blue tooth source.  It operates just like the usb mode.
