cam belts and tensioners where to buy from

Alex,

I was too scared to do this myself! I took the engine on my trailer to my local dealer and they fitted new belts for me. Couple of hours labour on top of the belt costs, so I'm happy enough. Saves me the hassle and gives me piece of mind that it's been done properly! They said it was the easiest belt change they've ever done :)

The belts from my dealer were the same price as the ones from Deroure. Wouldn't have thought you would need to replace tensioners though?

Not sure if I've been very helpful!

Cheers,

Steve.

Alex: as said so many times, simply use drills 4.2mm and 4.7mm dia (4 off each) , a cut section from a broomstick, a piece of cardboard and double sided tape, a strab from metal/tin can.. and a smarthphone/PDA with tune*it software. timing is easy, everyone can do it -if you want to see the partnumbers there for the stronger *gates cambelts, just look there in one of MikeSekingers old posts ..those numbers should even stay there in the cross reference (I expect at least..)
