Small retrim on my Evora

Recommended Posts

Just finished a small retrim on my Evora to make it look at bit more interesting on the interior.

The work was done by Dave the Trimmer in Salford.

Here are some pics...

Before

Standard interior, charcoal and black. Nice, but a bit dull and boring.

After

Nothing radically different, just spruced up a bit to give it a slight splash of colour and make it more visually pleasing

to the eye.

Looks great, although I myself wouldn't go with red, but the idea is ace.

Can you give us an idea of cost involved. I thought about a black headliner and was shocked by the €1,500 Loyus quoted on this (parts plus work), wanted to cross check with an indie.

I like it looks good. Lifts the interior if you ask me.

Thanks. Yes, I had a look at those floor covers, but they look too small imho. The ones I have currently cover the entire floor, plus behind the pedals so gives much better protection. They are also extremely heavy duty so work great for me.

Hi Sven,

one german Evora Driver that is on the lotus place in the US has sent pics from his interior, (all redone in brown leather) that was made in Germany I believe - maybe worth to ask if this place could do the things you want in a (price) reasonable manner!

Opps, forgot to reply. The cost was about 1.5k euros as well for everything, plus vat.

Sounds reasonable to me. Need to find an indie trim shop with good attitude....
