Can anyone tell me Where I can find the 2 Banjo Bolts of the Petrol Tanks of my Lotus Esprit S2 1978 < USA Model, I'm From Puerto Rico (United States).

Usually when I hear 'banjo bolts,' people are talking about the fuel line fittings for Dellortos.  Is this what you mean?

Thanks for reply Tony K. I mean the 2 banjo bolts that come on the lines of the Petrol Tanks, they're a little more big.

These will be the ones that fit on the bottom of the petrol tanks to take the fuel lines to the pump. You could try emailing S&J... [email protected] and have a look at their website...

They are a standard automotive plumbing part...you'll need to know the size you need and the correct thread. Any automotive plumbing house can supply...

I have just ordered new fuel tanks for my car from SJ, and asked for new banjo bolts.  Steve told me too he struggles to get them so I have also had this conversation with him in the last week.

 

The carb fuel lines I got from him was made up of Speedflow compnents, so I would be staggered if he hadn't crossed that bridge with them.  Will check when I take mine out of the tanks in the next week.

UPDATE - Steve is now re-manufacturing the banjo bolts so they are available from SJ.

Just got new fuel tanks from SJ great tanks but no banjo fittings, went to a local co, completly hydraulic in East London, 2 banjos 2 bolts 4 sealing washers £15 bargain.

A while ago they also made to pattern the tubo oil return to sump pipe (now braided) for £25.
