Once ina blue moon I post on the "Performance Metro" Forum! Usually just when I need specific advice though. (I kid you not! - There's a guy there running low 11's at pod! ...and lots of 6r4 converters - I saw one just the other day! ) After moderating here, there's not much time left to go gallavanting around other sites (not if I want to have a life anyway!) Paul C
Used to post on about four different Esprit lists, now of course just this one. I DO go to pistonheads quite often, but only to read, and only for a laugh. There is some real bitching there on the Esprit forum, and it's quite funny IF you can resist making a comment (and it's hard not to). Also the general chat section seems to generate 30 page threads on war in the middle east with alarming regularity, all starring the same people, all chewing off each others heads, over and over again. Also the Pistonheads database boasts the worlds biggest collection of 'new esprit' threads, which if joined end to end could go to the moon and back, probably. The latter is a shame, as the database DID have some excellent tech replies that if you search now are either no longer there, or trimmed to the point of them being useless. What a loss... There's nothing better than driving the Esprit on a sunny day, sun roof open and on a country road, listening to "Warrior" or "Don't believe a word", dropping from 4th to 3rd and hammering it .
