By the end of July Lotus Car Club of Sweden arrange the first ever Lotus Festival Sweden. International guests are of course most welcome to Linköping on July 26-28. Linköping is located approximately 250 miles from Malmö and the bridge from Copenhagen.

The program begins with a track day on Friday 26th and ends with a visit to the Swedish Airforce museum on Sunday 28th.

Friday

07:30             Gates open  
08:30             Drivers meeting 
09:00             Group A (beginners) gets basic instructions 09:00 – 09:15
09:00             Session 1: B 15 min, C 15 min, A 15 min (+ 5 min between groups)
10:00             Session 2           -                    ”                    -
11:00             Session 3           -                    ”                    -
12:00             First time on track, group D, 20 min,  maximum 20 cars (instruction kl 11:00) 
12:30             Session 4: A, B, C
13:30             Session 5    - ” –
14:30             Session 6    - ” –
15:30             First time on track, group E, 20 min, maximum 20 cars (instruction kl 14:30)
16:00             Test drive Radical racing cars (additional cost)
17:00             Gates close 
19:30             Garden party at Hotel Ekoxen
20:00             Dinner                                    

 

Saturday 
09:30             Annual meeting at Hotell Ekoxen
11:00             Check out from the hotel and relocate to Linköpings castle
12:00             Start of the rally
13:00             Final car starts in the rally
17:00             Rally finishes at Sjögesta Motell
19:00             Mingle
19:30             Dinner

 

Sunday
10:00             Check out
10:30             Drive off to Flygvapenmuséet in Malmslätt
11:00             Visit to Flygvapenmuséet
13:00             End of the festival
