This popped up on a Belgian carsite (www.vroom.be), the Alfa Romeo Carabo prototype from the late 60s designed by Bertone. At first glance it seems very similar to the Esprit, and it must have inspired the Vector as well. Appearantly it was later used as the basis for Gandini's design of the Countach.

Yes, it was built on a 33 race car chassis. But my knowledge of Alfa's is limited.

I believe the twat was drunk if you read the story with the picture. He was arrested for DUI (Driving Under Influence)!  Hope they throw the book at him and he get's a toilet brush rammed up his arse in prison. One thing I cannot stand is people who drive after they have been drinking.
