Putting In New Headlining Into Composite Roof

Recommended Posts

So I have finally got my hands on a composite roof. The old headlining is missing. Can anyone send me an image of what the headlining looks like and also the best place to get some replacement material? Thanks!

I don't have a pic of mine and its not the original but mine is just alcantara glued to the under side of the roof.

Thanks guys. Vulcan - I take it that once sewn up it is glued back in place? Did you do the stitching yourself or . . . was it difficult? Also what glue would you recommend?

A lotus friend in AZ made a batch of them years ago before he sold his Lotus and quit the scene.  He sewed the fabric to a foam, and then sent the finished panel.  I just had to glue it on with the 3M spray adhesive and put the latches back on.
