MUL 757X - anyone remember me?

Just trying to find some more history on my S3 n/a . It has FLSH to 50k in 1986, but then drops off.

 

Went to private registration 9701 MK in around 89/90, then to its current plate TDL 786X when PMSC sold it in '92. I picked it up from Tim who bought from PMSC.

 

I'd be grateful if anyone can fill in any of the gaps from '86-'92 (c 50-73k miles)

You can get some useful info from DVLA very cheaply using online form. For instance I have just tracked down the first registered owner of my car

when you say "tracked down"? Did you actually make contact?

You get a good printout of first registration and another document listing previous owners with addresses with transfer documents, all for under £10.. Only received the info last week.

The first owner of my car had it for 20 years and I have googled his name and address and it seems he runs a business about 25 miles from where I live, so in the process of writing to him. You never know he could have interesting photos and a story or two.
